The reciprocating feeder is a feeding device that feeds from a hopper or silo. The reciprocating bottom plate of this feeder is installed under the hopper in a horizontal or slightly inclined manner. The bottom plate is supported on a roller, and is driven by an eccentric shaft through a connecting rod to drive the feeder to reciprocate on the roller. The gate is used to adjust the thickness of the upper layer of the feeder. When the bottom plate moves forward under the drive of the connecting rod, the material on it is subject to the inertial force of the forward movement, overcoming the limit friction between the material and the bottom plate, and sliding forward for a certain distance. When the bottom plate retreats, the new material falls from the silo to the rear end of the bottom plate, and then the above process is repeated to transport the material evenly.
