Before work, the filter cloth is put on the filter plate, and then the filter press is operated to drive the pressing rod to press the pressing plate tightly to the filter plate. Start the feed pump to input the materials into the filter press through the feed port, and the materials enter the filter chamber through the channel on the filter plate. Under the action of the feed pump pressure, the clear liquid passes through the filter cloth and enters the dotted filter surface on the filter plate. Then flow through the channel on the filter plate into the liquid outlet for collection and then flow out from the liquid outlet. The filter cake is trapped in the filter chamber until the filter cake fills the filter chamber, then stop the feed pump, loosen the compression plate, pull the filter plate one by one to the direction of the compression plate to unload the filter cake in the frame, and then re-enter the next working cycle.
