The wear-resistant concentration and classification cyclone group is an ideal equipment for pulp concentration and classification, which is widely used in the recovery of coarse slime in coal preparation plants. The concentration of pulp before flotation plays an important role in the closed circuit of washing water and reducing environmental pollution. For various types of mineral processing plants, the concentration of pulp can be improved and the recovery rate of concentrate can be improved. The hydrocyclone group must be operated under the specified pressure when used, and the underflow ports or overflow pipes with different diameters can be replaced according to the particle size and concentration requirements of the classification to achieve the expected classification effect.

　Technical features

1. The cyclones of this series of cyclones are divided into NTX and NNX, of which NTX is wear-resistant cast iron type and NNX is wear-resistant lining type (that is, the inner surface of the cyclone is inlaid with corundum wear-resistant lining);

2, NNX and NTX series concentration classification cyclone according to the mature process parameters design, so that the material in the centrifugal force field under the action of the coarse particles along the cone surface to a greater extent, from the bottom flow discharge, finer particles from the overflow discharge, so as to achieve the effect of concentration classification;

3. The concentration and classification cyclone group combines a plurality of concentration and classification cyclones of the same specification together, and distributes the materials evenly into each cyclone through the central distributor, so that each cyclone operates under the same pressure. The overflow and underflow are respectively collected into the inner and outer collection tanks and discharged by the pipeline. The bottom of the collection tank is paved with lubricating material to strengthen self-lubrication and prevent the accumulation and blockage of materials at the bottom.
