The vibration of FDZS series five-mass electromagnetic re-vibrating screen is formed by the linear vibration and local electromagnetic vibration of the screen machine. It is a new type of screening machinery, using the five mass vibration principle, the use of electromagnetic vibration exciter drive vibration hitting system excitation screen, and accompanied by the screen machine linear vibration. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable performance, simple operation, small dynamic load, low power consumption, and self-cleaning of the screen.
The five-mass electromagnetic re-vibrating screen is mainly used for dry and wet screening, dehydration, desliming and coarse cutting of fine-grained materials, especially for coarse cutting and ash reduction of fine coal slime, and has achieved good results.
Technical features
1, desliming ash reduction effect is remarkable, in the same process conditions, than other equipment can reduce the ash content of 5% to 8%;
2. The vibration of the screen machine is composed of the linear vibration of the whole machine and the electromagnetic excitation screen;
3, electromagnetic vibration screen surface high frequency vibration, frequency 50Hz, vibration intensity of up to 8~10g, is the general vibration screen vibration intensity of 2~3 times;
4. The linear vibration frequency of the screen machine is 16Hz, and the amplitude is 2~3mm, which plays a role in throwing the material, which is conducive to the loosening and penetration of the material layer;
5. The screen surface can be installed with anti-blocking wear-resistant polyurethane mesh or stainless steel wire composite mesh, with strong self-cleaning ability;
The installation angle of the screen machine can be adjusted to adapt to different material properties and screening operations; buy closed operations to reduce environmental pollution.
