This series of banana sieves applies equal thickness sieving principle. Large capacity, high reliability, used in coal classification, dehydration, off-media, can completely replace imported products.
Features:
The screening capacity of the unit screen plate is improved, so that the thickness of the material layer on the screen remains basically unchanged from the feeding end to the discharge end.
2. The sieve plate is made of polyurethane and stainless steel sieve strip, and the sieve plate is surrounded by polyurethane material, which has the characteristics of good wear resistance and low voice. The middle is a stainless steel sieve strip, which has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance and high opening rate compared with other plates.
3. The installation structure of the sieve plate is simple, there is no bolt connection between the sieve plate and the sieve plate, and the sieve plate is not easy to loosen due to the plastic tight fit of polyurethane, thus reducing accidents. There is a protective cover strip between the sieve plate rail seat and the support beam, so that the bolts under the rail seat will not be corroded and worn by coal water.
