The LWZ-A series centrifuge is a new model which is redesigned by summarizing the experience of the existing sedimentation, floating and sinking filter centrifuges at home and abroad. The structure of the machine focuses on improving the reliability of key components and the wear resistance of wearing parts. It is a reliable fine-grained (-0.5mm) coal dewatering and recovery equipment. Compared with the vacuum filter, it has the advantages of large processing capacity, low product moisture, small footprint, low power consumption and simple process system. This series of electrical control system is effective, reliable, accurate and practical. It adopts high aluminum ceramic screen and ceramic blade protective spiral to ensure long service life: the main lubrication point adopts forced circulation lubrication system, and the lubrication is sufficient and reliable.
